Welcome to the Southampton Guild of Roleplayers!

We aim to spread and share the hobby of role-playing throughout the city of Southampton and wider area.

Our new home from the 16th January, is Dice and Dumplings (Facebook link) which is located on the first floor of Marland’s Shopping Centre Southampton.

The Dice and Dumplings storefront it is is well-lit and attractively furnished. It has two cartoon characters, a dice and a dumpling waving weapons whilst drawn in the chibi style.

This is a fully accessible venue with level access and lifts. Parking is available in the Marland’s Car Park adjacent to Asda and there are many buses and a lot of cycle parking outside.

We meet Wednesdays 7pm to 10pm, every Wednesday except over Christmas and New Year’s eve and the week before for our Christmas social.

Time: 7pm to 10pm, doors open 6.30pm.

Experience Required: None! Everyone has to start somewhere and you can start with us!

Accessibility: Excellent! The venue is brightly lit with good level access and there are toilets on site. Dice and Dumplings does serve alcohol but only with meals as it is covered by a restaurant licence. Members who cause a disruption or discomfort due to drunkenness may be asked to leave or permanently suspended.

Childcare: We cannot offer childcare arrangements at this time. Some themes may be unsuitable for younger players and so parental supervision is necessary for under 18s. There is a childcare and soft play arena immediately next door but that is not open when we are running.

Price: £3 per session. We are currently reviewing memberships and looking to reinstate our membership services as soon as we can.
