The Committee is composed of 5 Officers. The Chairperson, the Treasurer, the Secretary, The Events Organiser and the Welfare and Wellbeing Officer.
The Office of the Chairperson is Responsible for:
– Overseeing the smooth running of the Club
– Chair meetings of the Club
– Appointing Officers to fulfill the Offices as needed
– Step in to assist the Officers where needed
– Promote Roleplaying in Southampton and the Hampshire area
– Represent the Club to the World when required
– Build consensus for the strategic vision and policies of the Club

The Office of the Treasurer is responsible for:
– Ensuring the finances of the club are in good order
– Ensuring that financial probity is maintained and can be seen to be maintained
– Being able to answer questions about the finances of the club
– Making sure that members are getting the best value for money deals
– Innovating ways to ensure the financial liquidity of the Club
– Supporting the other Officers as required

The Office of the Secretary is responsible for:
– Keeping all necessary records for the club
– Keeping records and minutes of meetings of the Committee and making sure that relevant action points are followed up
– Ensuring that records and minutes are available for inspection by members
– Keeping up to date fire registers for the club
– Supporting the other Officers as required

The Office of Events Coordinator is responsible for:
– Creating and promoting events that are held outside of the normal club hours
– Keeping attendance lists
– Risk assessing planned events
– Ensuring that planned events have Accessibility built-in from conception to execution
– Innovating ways to bring Roleplaying to new audiences, in line with the Club’s mission
– Supporting the other Officers as required.

The Office of Welfare and Wellbeing Officer is responsible for:
– Looking to the welfare and wellbeing of club members
– Being the first point of contact for complaints and problems
– Helping Call in before Calling out
– Helping advise the Committee on the best policies and methods of equality and diversity
– Working with the Events Coordinator to recruit new Members from non-traditional audiences
-Supporting the other Officers as required

The Office of Social Media is responsible for:
-Maintaining a list of the club activities on the website.
-Updating these as needed.
– Running social media accounts associated with the website including emails, and other social media posts.
